Please join SacPoetry Center and the MIND Institute in kicking off National Autism Awareness Month AND National Poetry Month on Monday, March 31. Featured poets, Dr. Andy Jones and Kate Duren will be reading from their new collaborative book of essays and poems, Where’s Jukie?, Connie Post with her new book, Floodwaters, and Patricia Killelea, as well as special open mics, art exhibit and reception. Reception “happy hour” begins at 5:15 PM with art show and hors d’oeuvres, followed by our terrific featured poets. This event is free and open to the public (though donations will be gratefully accepted). We hope to see you all there for this extraordinary evening!
